While we wait for Gameloft’s life sim Disney Dreamlight Valley to become a free-to-play title in 2023, Early Access rolls on with a big December update that, among other things, finally brings support for Mac. As of December 6, the paid Founder’s Pack for Disney Dreamlight Valley is finally available to all players on the Apple Silicon Mac platform as well.

How to Play Disney Dreamlight Valley on Mac

When Early Access for Dreamlight Valley began earlier this year, Mac was not among the supported platforms, and only on November 29, the confirmation came via a post on Twitter that this version would arrive on December 6, alongside the big Update 2 for the popular cozy life simulator.

“We’re so excited to welcome a new platform’s worth of players into Dreamlight Valley!” said Gameloft in a post on the game’s official website. The already very popular Disney Dreamlight Valley is now finally available to all players on the Mac platform as a Founder’s Pack for $29.99, which you can get through Mac App Store. To play it, you will need to have at least any M1 Apple Mac device, or newer, with at least macOS 11 installed.

The Mac version arrives together with the big Update 2 – “Missions in Uncharted Space,” where you can visit the Toy Story world from the Pixar movies, and participate in the brand new festive-themed Star Path just in time for the upcoming holidays. In addition to all of the new content, Update 2 also brings many small improvements to this fun title that is slowly getting better over time.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now as an Early Access title on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, Windows PC, and now mac OS.
