Obliterate Yourself in Risk of Rain 2

To obliterate yourself in Risk of Rain 2, you need to loop through the game once, and on the third stage, enter the celestial portal and obliterate yourself at the Obelisk.

Here are the detailed steps to do this:

  • First, start your run as normal, though we recommend the Drizzle difficulty as you’ll be looping back
  • When you reach the fifth stage, interact with the outer rings of the teleporter instead of the middle part.
  • This will restart the loop, and you will be teleported back to the first stage.
  • Now, continue playing until you reach the third stage
  • Activate the teleporter, but instead of interacting with it, you’ll see a Celestial Portal pop up
  • Enter the Celestial Portal, and you will reach A Moment, Fractured
  • Here, descend to the bottom, and you’ll see a giant Obelisk
  • Interacting with it will allow you to obliterate yourself, and the game will finish
  • Once you have obliterated yourself, the Mercenary survivor will be unlocked
  • You also get five lunar coins every single time you obliterate yourself

Overall, if you aren’t ready for the final boss just yet, this is a good way to end the game regardless, especially if you’re going for particular mastery skins.

With the Seekers of the Storm expansion, there are two new characters to unlock, including the Chef and False Son as well.
