Even though The Sims 4 was originally released back in September 2014, it has somewhat of a cult following and is still played actively and massively to this day. Moving Objects in TS4 is something that you will probably do loads of times until you reach the optimal layout of your furniture and other stuff in the house (especially if you are a fan of Feng Shui). We at Prima Games are glad to provide you with this simple guide that will certainly help you accomplish your goals in your Sims home. Here’s how to move objects up and down in The Sims 4.
How Do I Move Objects Up and Down in Sims 4?
The first thing that needs to be done is to, you guessed it, enable cheats to allow you to move the objects.
You do this by holding Ctrl+Shift+C and then typing “bb.moveobjects” without the (” “), followed by hitting the Enter key to confirm the command entry. If successful, you will get the message that the cheat is ON and can be used to do all sorts of things, including moving objects.
After you’ve enabled it, you can move objects up and down within the building menu by pressing 9 or 0 on your keyboard. If necessary (depending on your operating system, etc.) you must hold Ctrl OR Shift while pressing 9 or 0 so that this movement action can be taken in the first place, so make sure to try everything out.
