Starting with logging into your account and why it’s essential to have your CAPCOM ID sorted out.

Log Into Your CAPCOM Account

The first step you need to take is to log into your CAPCOM account and then wait for your account page to open and show all of your account details. You can log in by clicking the blue “log in” tab in the top right-hand corner. Here is a link to log into your CAPCOM ID.

Scroll Down to “External Account Links”

Once logged in, scroll down to the section that’s titled “External Account Links” on the Accounts Page, which is below the “Personal Info” and “Manage Online Newsletter” sections of the page.

Once you’re there, you’ll notice all the platforms and their networks that you can link and a tab that says “link”. Next to it is the current status that says unlinked. Click the link button next to PlayStation Network.
