If you’re looking to sign up for the Hyenas Closed Alpha, you’re going to need to link your Steam and Creative Assembly accounts to do so. This might seem tricky at first, but we’re here to help. Here is how to link your Creative Assembly account to your Steam Account.
How to Link Creative Assembly Account to Steam Account
Luckily, the folks over at Creative Assembly outlined the steps in their FAQ section on the website. Here is how to link your accounts.
“In the email you received when you signed up for the alpha, there will be a link to follow that begins the process. If you don’t do this, you’ll also get an email reminding you at a later date. Additionally, you can go directly to your CA Account page (https://account.creative-assembly.com/en/login) and link the accounts there. The steps are simple:
- Log in with your Steam account details.
- Once you’re signed in, you’ll see a page asking if you want to link the two accounts. Say yes, and that’s all there is to it.”
Once you’ve done this you’re all set. Now you just need to wait to see if you’ve been chosen for the Closed Alpha. There is no date or time for the alpha currently announced. It might be a bit before you hear back. The first Closed Alpha is being run in Europe and North America with additional phases rolling out in other regions later.
The alpha is also a PC only for the first few. Console players will be brought into the fold at a later date.
