How To Level Up Fast in Helldivers 2

There are a variety of ways that you can boost your Levels up quickly in Helldivers 2, but you’re going to need to put in the work if you want to level up fast.

1) Crank Up The Difficulty

One of the easiest ways to ensure that you’re leveling up quickly in Helldivers 2 is to crank the difficulty up a few notches. Sure, you may feel comfortable engaging in Medium level threats, but if you want to see the XP start to roll in, you’re going to want to ensure that you’re playing on Challenging or Hard, at least. You’re going to have more creatures to kill, and every kill that you or your squad get will add up fast.

2) Explore With Friends Rather Than On Your Own

While playing Solo in Helldivers 2 can be quite the experience in and upon itself, you’ll want to squad up with either some friends or use the Quickplay option to join an operation already in progress. The more people that you have, the merrier when it comes to not only leveling up but also getting your hands on items like Samples, which are shared with your team.

3) Be Sure To Use The Time Limit To It’s Full Extent

The more that you explore the zones that you’re in while playing Helldivers 2, the more items and XP you can get. While you’re not going to earn a ton of extra XP this way, you may encounter some extra Samples, Medals, and even Super Credits that can be used to deck out your Helldiver in style. The more Points of Interest that you discover and the extra missions scattered throughout these zones get completed, the more XP you’ll earn for not only yourself but your whole team.

4) Pick The Right Stratagems For The Mission You’re Partaking In

Make sure that you’re taking advantage of the Stratagems that you’re embarking with. No matter if you need to use an SOS Beacon to bring some other players into your match to avoid meeting an untimely demise, or you just want to use an Eagle Orbital Strike to close up some extra Bug Holes before you’re swarmed, you’ll find that these can eliminate tons of enemies at once granting you a massive XP boost.

5) Do Your Best To Stay Alive

This may sound straightforward, but it’s incredibly easy to die in Helldivers 2. You may just be walking along, minding your own business when a horde of Bugs bursts out of the ground. A stray bullet from a squadmate may bring you to an untimely demise, and just about anything on the ground can kill you almost instantly. The longer you stay alive and don’t need to be reinforced, you could be finding items and killing creatures to net even more XP.

6) Just Have Fun With The Game

While grinding out the Warbonds that are available to you may sound like a great time, just enjoy what Helldivers has to offer you. Embark on as many Solo Missions as you’d like, or join up with your friends whenever possible. it’s a blast of a game to play no matter what you’re doing in it, so just enjoy your time and don’t sweat about the Warbonds. Sure, new weapons and armor may be a great way to refresh your Helldiver, but you’ll unlock them quickly enough.
