How to Get the Wrathful Malignant Invoker in Diablo 4

Caged Malignant Hearts are the juicy organs of a build crafters dreams. But not all hearts are made equal. And the very best hearts types are, of course, the most difficult to get. To that end, here’s how to get the Wrathful Malignant Invoker in Diablo 4.

If you’ve slaughtered your way through a few Malignant Tunnels, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve come across a Wrathful Malignant Outgrowth at the very end. But to activate this Outgrowth, you’ll need a Wrathful Invoker. And those things don’t come easy.

So far, the only way to get a Malignant Wrathful Invoker in Diablo 4 is to go to Cormond’s Workbench, located south of Ked Bardu or in Kyovashad. Once at the workbench, select the Crafted Cache submenu. From there, select Uncertain Invoker.

This will create a cache that has a chance to drop a Wrathful Malignant Invoker. But it’s not guaranteed! You might have to craft multiples of these before you get the Malignant Invoker you want, which will take a lot of Ichor.

The best way to farm Malignant Ichor is to take part in events. All events have a very high likelihood of dropping Malignant Ichor. But Prioritize events with Malignant growths, as these will drop Malignant Radiant Chests which will drop significantly more Malignant Ichor than most event chests.

The second-best option to farm Malignant Ichor is through Malignant Tunnels. That’s because Malignant enemies have a chance of dropping Malignant Ichor, and of course, there are more Malignant enemies in Malignant Tunnels.

How to Get Wrathful Malignant Hearts in Diablo 4

Wrathful Malignant Hearts have a chance to drop from Uncertain Heart Caches, which are also purchased at Cormond’s Workbench. Similar to Wrathful Malignant Invokers, this drop is not guaranteed so you’ll want to farm the various Malignant Ichor to increase your chances.

Wrathful Malignant Hearts can be placed into any Infested Socket type, and will provide different bonuses depending on the type.
