Season two of Last Epoch is finally live, and it’s a massive content update for the already excellent ARPG from Eleventh Hour Games. To celebrate the launch of this season, the developers have partnered with Twitch for a campaign to reward players with several cosmetic drops.

Here is how you can get the Twitch drops for Last Epoch and add a bit more flair to your powers and character.

Currently, the Last Epoch April Drops campaign is live on Twitch and has the following rewards:

  • Woven Watcher Title: Cosmetic for the Player Title.
  • Blue Rip Blood: Skill Cosmetic for the Acolyte skill, Rip Blood.
  • Corrupted Maelstrom: Skill cosmetic for the Primalist Skill, Maelstrom.

Last Epoch Twitch Drops Schedule

The current Twitch Drop campaign for Last Epoch is available from April 17, 2025, to April 21 / 22, 2025.

It’s not the longest campaign, so it’s probably a good idea to start putting streams in the background. You only have a few days before the campaign is over. You need to watch a total of six hours of streaming to get everything.

How to Claim Twitch Drops for Last Epoch

To claim the Twitch drops for Last Epoch, you need to connect your Steam account with Twitch through the Last Epoch website.

  • Head over to the following link, sign in with Steam, and then sign in with Twitch to link both accounts.
  • After you’re done, head over to any Last Epoch stream with drops enabled and watch the Stream (or put it on in the background) for the specified time.
  • Additionally, you must purchase one new recurring or gift subscription for a participating channel if you want the Corrupted Maelstrom reward. Prime subscriptions do not count toward this reward.
  • You can keep track of the drop progress in your Twitch inventory
  • Once you have watched the specified time, you’ll see the Claim Now button on the same page over the items.

That’s all you need to do, and the Twitch drops will be added to your account automatically.

Once in-game, press Shift+K to open your cosmetics panel, and your rewards can be equipped there. Keep in mind that the rewards are only available in online mode.
