As you unravel the clues in Supernormal, you’ll find yourself faced with two possible endings – the good and the bad. It’s exceptionally easy to get either, assuming you know the right method. Here’s how to get the good ending in Supernormal.

The main clue you need to get the “good” ending is right there on the main menu when you start the game. Death affects your ending. Never dying means you’ll get the good ending, even if you don’t collect all the clues beyond the email and password. That means if you’re ever caught by the ghost girl, rendered unconscious, and wake up in the living room, you’re going to get the bad ending.

How to Not Die in Supernormal

To avoid getting the bad ending, you can use sound and visual cues to avoid getting caught.

During the midpoint of the game, the ghost will primarily lurk on the first floor in the middle of the house. This is near the phone, the stairs, and the entryway. You can avoid this area by keeping close to the kitchen table.

Likewise, keeping the light on during the early part of the game can help. But once you get to the endgame, you’ll really need to lean on audio clues, as she can be invisible and will be much more aggressive.

Another important thing to note is that when you go down the stairs following the bloody footprints, don’t go ahead of them. This will cause her to kill you. If she says, “Look behind you,” don’t do it. Sometimes there will be nothing, but occasionally she’ll kill you.
