How to Get Qorvex’s Main and Component Blueprints in Warframe

To get Qorvex, you must first complete the Whispers in the Walls main quest. This involves having done both the Heart of Deimos and The New War quests beforehand, so come back here once you’ve completed those. Once you complete Whispers in the Walls and return to your Orbiter, you’ll get two messages in your Inbox. one is a message from Fibonacci who gifts you a handful of Melee-related items, while the other is from Loid who grants you Qorvex’s main blueprint.

As for Qorvex’s component blueprints, those can be acquired after completing the quest and speaking to Fibonacci. He will offer you an array of bounties to complete, with some of those offering one of Qorvex’s part blueprints as an Uncommon reward. Alternatively, you can speak to Bird 3 on the second floor to purchase each for standing. Given that you need the rank of Researcher to get any of the blueprints from there, though, farming bounties is the much easier option.

Qorvex Build Requirements

To build Qorvex, you’ll need to craft his Chassis, Neuroptics, and Systems. These take the following materials:

  • Qorvex Chassis Blueprint
    • 1,900x Entrati Obols
    • 50x Necracoil
    • 20x Stela
    • 2x Argon Crystals
  • Qorvex Neuroptics Blueprint
    • 2,300x Entrati Obols
    • 45x Necracoil
    • 25x Stela
    • 3x Entrati Lanthorn
  • Qorvex Systems Blueprint
    • 1,500 Entrati Obols
    • 60x Necracoil
    • 2x Argon Crystals
    • 4x Entrati Lanthorn

Once you’ve crafted all three pieces (which take 24 hours to build) and get an Echo Voca, you’ll be ready to build Qorvex. The Echo Voca can also be acquired through bounties given by Fibonacci. Once you’ve waited 72 hours for him to finish building, Qorvex should be yours!

Qorvex Abilities and Base Stats

Qorvex is a tanky frame, and thus boasts the following stats without mods:

  • Armor: 875
  • Energy: 150
  • Health: 600
  • Shield: 200
  • Sprint Speed: 0.9

In comparison to other tanky frames, this puts him fairly low on the overall health and shields by comparison. However, that high base Armor stat means that his effective health is much higher. This means you’ll likely be building the mods out for higher Armor and Health values using Steel Fiber and Vitality, respectively.

As for Qorvex’s abilities, he rolls the following:

  • Passive: Weapons wielded by Qorvex have an additional +3 Punch Through.
  • Ability 1: Chyrinka Pillar
    • Summon a Chyrinka Pillar that slows enemies. It pulses Radiation Damage with a guaranteed Status Effect.
  • Ability 2: Containment Wall
    • Contain the threat. Qorvex summons walls that slam together, damaging all enemies caught between them and inflicting Radiation Status.
  • Ability 3: Disometric Guard
    • Guard yourself and nearby allies against Status Effects. Each time Qorvex kills or assists in killing an enemy affected by Radiation Status, the number of Status Effects Disometric Guard can prevent increases.
  • Ability 4: Crucible Blast
    • Release a beam from Qorvex’s Crucible Core. Each enemy struck suffers Radiation Damage with a guaranteed Status Effect. Enemies affected by Radiation Status explode in a chain reaction.

Due to the nature of his abilities, Qorvex is likely to benefit from a main weapon or sidearm that’s built for Radiation. A good example would be a Tenet Arca Plasmor with the right Progenitor frame, something I’ve done myself. I’ll likely be running that, but I’m not sure yet of how I’ll be building him yet. Expect a guide on that sometime soon.
