Where to Get Protein in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Protein is available from Gaston’s meat stall in Eternity Isle’s The Wastes biome. As you progress through the Eternity Isle quest line, you’ll unlock the Glittering Dunes region, initially entering the Plains before opening the Wastes and finding Gaston’s hunting lodge. After repairing the house and building a Freezer of Infinite Meat during Gaston’s first friendship quest, you’ll fix his meat stall, allowing you to purchase protein to your heart’s content.

How to Unlock Gaston’s Meat Stall in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Before repairing Gaston’s meat stall, you’ll have to progress far enough into the Eternity Isle story until you unlock Gaston’s daily interactions and his first friendship quest, Center of Attention. From here, you’ll clean his hunting lodge, build the Freezer of Infinite Meat, and repair the meat stall.

You’ll encounter a few fetch quests for Scrooge McDuck to repair the lodge and stall during this quest. You’ll collect the following resources throughout this mission:

• Alexandrite.
• Jade.
• Spinel.
• Copper.
• Oasis glass.
• Tropical wood.

Once you collect these resources, you’ll locate fragments to craft the Freezer of Infinite Meat, which you’ll find around the Grasslands and Grove in the Wild Tangle. Upon finding these and making the freezer, return to Gaston to build the meat stall and gain access to pork, poultry, and venison.

All Protein Types, Prices, and Energy in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley has three protein types you can purchase from Gaston’s meat stall:

• Pork: Costs 250 star coins and restores 250 energy.
• Poultry: Costs 500 star coins and restores 250 energy.
• Venison: Costs 1,000 star coins and restores 250 energy.

Of these three, venison is the most expensive, double the price of poultry and quadruple that of pork. However, it is also involved in multiple high-value dishes, ranging from burgers to meaty tacos.
