You can get more perks in 33 Immortals by collecting Perk Tokens throughout your runs. These yellow coins can drop randomly even while fighting basic monsters. Be sure to grab it when a token does drop because they are totally missable.

Simply complete the run, win or lose, to keep the Perk Token. You can see your new perks by visiting Dante at the Dark Woods main lobby. Here you can see what perks you have unlocked, upgrade said perks with Eternal Shards and Paragons, and edit your perk loadout.

You can unlock more perk slots by reaching certain Feat Levels. The first perk slot is given by default, though characters can have up to six perk slots to use.

Feats are challenges, such as killing a number of enemies with the Bow of Hope or resurrecting three players, that can be seen by visiting Beatrice in the Dark Woods lobby. Most of the Feats can be completed by simply playing the game, though be sure to switch up your weapon to get the weapon-specific Feats.
