Blizzard announced a Diablo IV collaboration with Berserk, the legendary manga series from Kentaro Miura. Unfortunately, this is an insanely expensive collaboration, with all the cosmetics costing a total of $120. Things aren’t all bad, though, and you can still get something for much less thanks to the Twitch drops.

Here is how you can get the Skull Behelit Mount Trophy in Diablo IV through Twitch.

Get the Diablo IV Berserk Twitch Drop

There are currently two active Twitch campaigns for Diablo IV, one of which is dedicated to the Berserk collaboration. Unfotrualy, this isn’t your typical campaign where you unlock items by watching streams, but instead you have to gift a subscription and support a Diablo VI streamer.

This is a fairly detailed mount trophy, and compared to how expensive the regular cosmetics of the bundle are, a subscription is much cheaper in comparison.

In addition to the Berserk campaign, there’s also a campaign for Season eight that includes a weapon cosmetic. To earn this, you have to fulfill the following conditions:

Diablo IV Berserk Twitch Drop Schedule

The Diablo IV x Berserk Twitch drop campaign is available from May 6, 2025, to June 3, 2025. The regular season eight campaign is available from April 29, 2025, to May 13, 2025.

How to Claim Twitch Drops for Diablo IV

To claim the drops, you need to connect your Battle.net account with your Twitch account.

  • Head over to the following link and sign in to your Battle.net account.
  • Open the Connections tab in account settings, and connect Twitch.
  • Once connected, head over to any participating stream and fulfill the conditions.
  • You can keep track of the drop progress in your Twitch inventory
  • Once you’ve met the conditions, you’ll be able to select “Claim Now.”
  • After that, you’ll receive a code, which you can redeem here.

A few things to keep in mind about this drop:

  • You can’t link multiple accounts to Twitch. Each Battle.net account can only be connected to one Twitch account.
  • You can’t earn the drops faster by watching multiple streams.
  • You don’t need a specific edition or Vessel of Hatred to earn these drops.
  • Earned Twitch Drop rewards will expire 7 days after they’ve been claimed if a Battle.net account has not been linked.

Overall, the Berserk collaboration is fairly disappointing because of the monetization aspect, but at least we got a nice little Twitch campaign out of it.
