There are two possible locations for players to get the Crusade Insignia. The first is by exploring the Belurat Tower Settlement in Gravesite Plain, while the second is at the Church of Crusade in Scadu Altus.

Players may encounter the first location naturally in the main plaza of the settlement, but the second location can be reached by going through or around Castle Ensis. The Crusade Insignia can only be obtained once, depending on which area the player reaches first.

Elden Ring players can get the Crusade Insignia talisman by defeating the Fire Knight Queelign Invader from either Belurat Tower Settlement or the Church of Crusade. Players who visit both locations will have to fight him twice but will receive the Crusade Insignia as a reward for the first fight.

The Fire Knight Queelign is an NPC Invader and players will know when he arrives by the in-game message. It would look like a human player would be invading your world, but it is actually the game itself.

The Invader is not especially hard to defeat for well-leveled players, but he can heal himself multiple times if there is enough space in the fight. Dodge appropriately and attack opening to get the Crusade Insignia after defeat.

The Crusade Insignia can raise attack power after defeating an enemy when equipped. It can work with different builds, though is especially useful when fighting groups of enemies to take advantage of the bonus.
