If you’re hoping to upgrade your equipment in Monster Hunter: World, you’ll need plenty of different materials. Aquacore Ore has a few specific uses, but it can be difficult to find if you’re unsure where to start your search.
Where To Find Aquacore Ore in Monster Hunter: World
To start the search for Aquacore Ore, you’ll want to head to the Coral Highlands. You’ll unlock this location as you progress through the story, and it’s the only location you can find Aquacore Ore within this world. Once you have completed the introductory mission for the area, head out on an expedition.
You’ll find Mining Outcrops in the following locations:
- Area 8
- Area 9
- Area 10
- Area 11
- Area 12
- Area 14
- Area 15
Approach any Mining Outcrops, which look like giant blue crystals, and use your Pickaxe to start mining. Each Outcrop will allow you to hit it three times, so you’ll have a chance of getting your hands on this particular material with each swing. While it’s not the rarest material in the game, it can be difficult to get your hands on, so make sure you’re searching high and low to get plenty of Aquacore Ore.
