How to Get a Job in Paralives

Getting a job is one of the earliest tasks you should do in Paralives. It is even part of the welcoming objectives. However, it isn’t that clear how you can get a job, especially if this is your first time playing a life sim.
Here’s a quick guide showing you how and where you can get a job in Paralives.
How to Find a Job in Paralives
Whether you are playing a preset town or the default, you’ll always start with a few objectives, and the first one is always finding a job. It is your main source of income to get you everything you could need and want. At first, it’ll indicate that you must get a computer and use it to find a job, but if you bought a preset house, you might not have enough money to buy one.
If you do have money, you can buy a desk, an office chair, and a computer in the “Office” tab of the build menu. You can find everything there. Once you have the computer ready, interact with it and select “Find a Job.”
It is worth noting that the game is a bit clunky, and if you put the desk where it doesn’t snap in place (if it was placed next to other objects) or there isn’t a way to access the chair (or even if the computer is placed backward), the computer might not be interactable.
If you don’t have enough money when starting off, you actually select your character to access your phone. In this menu, you’ll see a lot of options, including a “Find a Job” option.
These are the two ways to get a job early, and once you select the “Find a Job” option, there should be several positions available in multiple fields. However, the available positions may vary depending on your playthrough, as mine had two different sets of positions for each field when I tried testing another playthrough/household.
After selecting a job, you don’t have to do anything like an interview – you just get the job instantly. You get the job so fast, you’ll literally start the next day if it lands on a workday.
