How to Get 4 Dashes With Nixi in Death Must Die

Hippity hoppity, your loot is now my property.

This may sound confusing, given that you are allotted two dashes in Death Must Die, but rest assured, there is a way to get four dashes with Nixi. Here’s what you need to do for the Sign of the Grasshopper achievement.

How to Unlock The Sign of the Grasshopper Achievement in Death Must Die

The Sign of the Grasshopper achievement is not as tricky as you may think. There is technically a way for you to get up to five (yes, five!) dashes in Death Must Die while playing Nixi. I’ll show you all three ways, so you just need to pick two to unlock this achievement on your account.

Method 1 – The Rabbit Statue

You may have noticed that a rabbit statue sometimes appears in a run. You get one additional dash when you interact with it, but only for a limited time. So, it’s highly advisable to touch it only if you already have three dashes through the other two methods because rabbit statues are rare.

Method 2 – The Item Boost

Don’t expect me to give you the exact name of the item you should buy because Death Must Die randomizes items and their names based on the stats they provide. The keyword you’re looking for is “Rushing Jack,” which gives you a permanent +1 dash charge while you have it equipped!

You can see the item I used in my screenshot below:

Method 3 – The Legendary Blessing from Moirai

Moirai can bless you with a “Fleet-Footed” blessing that reads, “You can dash more times in a row.” Though this is rare.

Realistically speaking, you will most likely use the first two methods to pop the achievement. However, rest assured that there will be grinding before you reach an item that grants you a +1 Dash charge. Good luck!
