How to Finish the Broken Monument Quest in ARC Raiders
The start of the one-raid quest challenges.
The Broken Monument is one of the first difficult quests that requires you to finish several objectives in one raid while surviving in ARC Raiders.
That’s a tough task, especially if you grew accustomed to quests where you can relax after finishing them. You have to come in prepared for Broken Monument. Here are all the locations for the objectives in ARC Raiders.
Complete Broken Monument Quest Guide in ARC Raiders
To finish the Broken Monument quest, you must complete the following objectives in one round or raid:
- Reach the hallowed grounds by the Scrap Yard.
- Search for a compass near the broken-down vehicles.
- Search for the videotape near the cylindrical containers.
- Search for the old field rations in the Raider camp.
- Deliver the First Wave Tape to Tian Wen.
- Deliver the First Wave Compass to Tian Wen.
- Deliver the First Wave Rations to Tian Wen.
Unlike the First Foothold and What We Left Behind quests, since there’s an “In One Round” marking on the quest, you have to finish the Broken Monument quest in one raid. Based on the objectives, you need three item slots for the videotape, compass, and rations. It is also worth noting that I haven’t tried finishing the quest by delivering the items one by one. Since all the objectives were close to each other, it was pointless to try anyway.
All of these objectives are finished in the Scrap Yard. You’ll have to zoom in using the map to see it. Every item you are looking for is inside a steel toolbox-like container.
Old Field Rations Location
The Old Field Rations are found inside an old abandoned Field Depot, way up north of the car wreckage. Go inside the Field Depot and you’ll find the box on the ground next to the wall.
Video Tape Location
The rest of the items are found in the wreckage. The videotape item is next to the cylindrical containers.
Compass Location
The compass is near the cylindrical containers, but next to some heavy, broken machinery. It is worth noting that when you interact with the toolbox, it’ll only open it. You still have to loot the item afterward.
These items are physically visible in your inventory, and you have to bring them out.
