How to Finish Easy Job Part 1 in Escape from Tarkov

That wasn't easy at all! Well, for BEARs.

Escape from Tarkov has several chain quests that take you to a specific location on a map multiple times. Some of them puts you in a difficult location like inside Lighthouse’s water treatment plant. Even if it is dangerous, there are so many quests you can finish in one raid. It all starts with the Easy Job Part 1 task from Prapor and finishing it will continue to give you more tasks in Lighthouse. Here’s how to finish Easy Job Part 1 in Escape from Tarkov.

How to Complete the Easy Job Part 1 Quest in Escape from Tarkov

To finish Easy Job Part 1, you must finish the following objectives:

  • Locate the helicopter at the water treatment plant on Lighthouse
  • Mark the helicopter with an MS2000 Marker
  • Survive and extract from the location

Once you have marked and defended the helicopter, you don’t have to mark it again if you die. You just have to survive and extract from Lighthouse in a different raid. However, you still want to finish the whole task in one raid to save some time.

To prepare for the raid, you have to bring one MS2000 Marker and put it into your special equipment slot. Queue into a Lighthouse raid and hope that you get a spawn close to the water treatment plant, preferably by the village, the red Lexus car, or the swamp. If you don’t get any of those spawns, just find the safest route going to the water treatment plant.

This task will be way harder for the BEAR faction players who will have to defeat all the Rogues before even setting foot in the water treatment plant. You also have to eliminate them fast, or the USEC PMCs or player Scavs will immediately swarm the area and steal your potential loot from the Rogues.

Easy Job Part 1 Helicopter Location on Lighthouse in EFT

The helicopter location is in the east side of the water treatment plant. When you enter the plant from the main entrance, head straight for the tents and start moving to the right. You’ll see a circle-shaped hole or bunker where you can jump down and look for storage boxes and crates. The bunker closest to warehouse 3 has the helicopter you need to mark.

Once you are near the helicopter, go to the back and plant the MS2000 marker inside the helicopter. You can also place the marker on the steel flooring next to the crates. However, it is safer to place it inside as you will be safe from any gunshots while defending the objective. If you get stuck in the bunker, you will be a sitting duck as you are open from the mountain side, warehouse rooftops, and basically every single direction going out the bunker. So, if things get dire, just plant the marker, wait for the objective timer, and run away.

If you die, you can run the raid again and just survive and extract. You can finish other quests like Cargo X Part 4 or Energy Crisis. Finishing multiple quests in one raid is the best way to level up so might as well be efficient. Finishing Easy Job Part 1 will unlock the best bag in the game, the 6Sh118 Raid Backpack. It is something that players look forward to when they start their money runs.
