In Persona 3 Reload, having various consumable items can help you in a pinch during combat, especially if you’re low on health and need a quick restore. Here’s how to find an Odd Morsel in Persona 3 Reload.

Odd Morsel Location in Persona 3 Reload

You can randomly find Odd Morsels while exploring Tartarus’ Thebel block and open treasure chests. While it also has a chance of appearing in later levels, you can find this item early on as long as you open every chest you encounter throughout Tartarus.

Generally speaking, you have high odds of finding an Odd Morsel if you open every chest and explore multiple Tartarus floors in one go. However, if you get through all of Thebel and have yet to find one, doing a quick run again will usually net you one.

However, pinpointing an exact location is challenging since it’s completely random. To put this into perspective, I found two Odd Morsels in the first 20 floors of Thebel. After doing a second run from floor one, I got a third morsel on floor eight. While you’re not guaranteed to obtain one on the same floor, you’ll usually find at least one if you diligently check every chest.

How to Use Odd Morsel in Persona 3 Reload

The main use of an Odd Morsel is to give it to the Gourmet King, known as the Chubby Student, in Paulownia Mall as part of the Moon Social Link. After completing his Gourmet Quiz, he’ll ask for food he’s never eaten before, giving you a hint that “it’d have to be quite the odd morsel to fit that bill”, indicating the Odd Morsel is the item you’re looking for.

Upon giving him the Odd Morsel, you’ll unlock the Moon Social Link, allowing you to hang out with Nozomi for rewards.

Alternatively, you can consume the Odd Morsel as a combat item, restoring 100 HP. However, it has a low chance of inflicting a harmful side effect on your chosen party member, making it risky. While safer healing options exist, they can still help you if your healing character is down or you run out of regular health restore items.
