Where to Find Midas in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2
To find Ascendant Midas in Fortnite, you need to head to The Marigold Yacht on the left side of the map. You will find him there roaming on the yacht at the top deck. Interact with him to get a free item as you get from other NPCs and the returning Epic Drum Gun for 300 Gold, which will be worth the money you spend. Along with that, Midas will also heal you if you are low on health.
Midas makes his return after appearing for the first time in Chapter 2 Season 2. This character’s return brings a new short questline in the form of challenges that you can complete. These are available by the name of The Rise of Midas quests, which are further split into five phases, available throughout the event till April 2. However, only those with a Battle Pass will be able to take part in the event and complete the challenges.
Along with the sets of challenges, you can take part in a new limited-time mode called Floor is Lava, introduced by Midas. The limited-time mode will also have its own quests, which you can complete to get the Lightning King Spray, Zeus Medallion Spray, and The Glided Vengeance Pickaxe.
And that is not all. There is tons of content added to the game in the V29.01 Fortnite Update for the players to enjoy. You can find new Mythic weapons on the map or upgrade your weapons to Legendary rarity. Aside from meeting Midas on the map, you can also get his skin in the game.
