How To Find The Chains of Hades in Fortnite

If you’re hoping to get your hands on the Chains of Hades, you’ll want to head to any of the Underworld portions of the map. Sure, there’s a random off-chance that you may find these items on Mount Olympus, but nothing screams Hades like the Underworld. I found them in the first Underworld Chest that I unlocked, but that doesn’t mean that you’ll always be that lucky. You may also find this item lying on the ground in random parts of the Underworld/Mount Olympus, or you can claim it by eliminating an enemy that has one on their person.

How To Use The Chains of Hades in Fortnite

As you can likely tell by the look of it, the Chains of Hades are a pure melee weapon with a twist — it’s got a fair bit of range to it. As long as you’re within a distance of your opponent, you can use the Fire button on your controller or mouse of choice to unleash a devastating attack on the opponent you’re currently unleashing literal Hell upon. There are no special attacks or anything of the sort that you’ll need to worry about here — just click the Fire button and unleash a combo on your foes that will send them straight to the Underworld.

Much like the Thunderbolt of Zeus and the Wings of Icarus, these items will only be available during the latest season of Fortnite, so be sure to check out our section below to learn more about the Myths and Mortals adventures you’re soon to embark on.
