Fit for a king.

Throughout Tears of The Kingdom, you’ll have to find a billion NPCs for quests, items, and other random assignments in the game. Finding King Dorephan took me longer than I’d like to admit, but luckily, we’ll make sure it doesn’t take you as long. Here’s how to find King Dorephan in Tears of The Kingdom.

How to Find King Dorephan in ToTK

You can find King Dorepahn in Tears of the Kingdom at the Pristine Sanctum at the coordinates (3670, 0600, 0204).

The easiest way to get there is to go to Mipha’s Court. Use the Ihen-a Shrine to teleport there and then follow the waterfalls down. The opening to the Pristine Sanctum can be seen below. It’s a tiny hole in the floor that can be jumped through to access to a hidden area where King Dorephan is.

You can also come from the east side of Zora’s Domain through Mikau Lake. However, you will have to swim upstream to get behind the waterfall, and if you don’t have enough stamina, you cannot make it.

King Dorephan will be sitting inside the Pristine Sanctum, where you can talk to him to get the scales you’ll need for the quest to access the Water Temple and stop the sludge from overtaking Zora’s Domain.

We’ve highlighted the small outcropping you can get into with a red circle in the images above.

You’ll want to make sure you get the Zora Armor set, which can be found from Yona in Zora’s Domain. This will make the water temple much easier and give you access to getting high in the sky by riding the waterfalls.
