This life simulation is slightly different from similar genre games primarily due to its first-person execution. From that perspective, you will grow gelatinous life forms also known as Slimes, build your ranch, and explore the alien environment. However, the real star of the show is the Slimes themself, which come in various shapes and types, one of the rarest being the Golden Slimes. Check out the guide below to find out how to get Gold Slimes in Slime Rancher 2.

How to Find Gold Slimes in Slime Rancher 2?

Gold Slimes are the rarest type of Slime in Slime Rancher 2, so you will encounter them very very rarely. If you are lucky enough to spot a random Gold Slime, you will have to react fast because they can run away from you very quickly, making them even more elusive. What you want to do when you come across a Gold Slime is to shoot it with food items – each food item you successfully get into the Slime will spawn one Gold Plort, which you can later sell at the Plort Market for serious money!
