How to Find and Use Storage Anywhere in Dragon’s Dogma 2

Should you drop off unnecessary items?

Being able to store items that you aren’t currently using is important in Dragon’s Dogma 2, especially since the game can drastically turn the odds in your favor if you’re carrying too many items. Here’s how to access your storage from anywhere in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

How to Use Your Storage in Dragon’s Dogma 2

No matter if you have a home of your own or you’re a perpetual Inn sleeper, you’ll be glad to know that your Storage will follow you no matter where you may go in Dragon’s Dogma 2. Sure, you may not have access to your inventory while you’re out on the field slaying monsters that are 10 times the size of you, but you’ll have access to your storage when you visit another Inn or home that you’ve purchased.

This can make things much easier, and it was something that took me painfully long to figure out. With the lack of fast travel available in Dragon’s Dogma 2 — beyond an Oxcart that goes slower than what it feels like on foot — you can rummage through your items at any Inn or home you’ve purchased. This makes the Stamina Drain much less of a factor when you’re facing off against these massive monsters, so you can unleash a plethora of attacks.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a game all about experimentation because if you’re anything like me, you won’t want to run back and forth between the Villages that are available here just to grab a set of armor. It took me far too long to finally try depositing something for fear that I wouldn’t remember where I put it — only to find out that I could access it from any home or Inn. It makes the burden of travel a bit easier to handle, so feel free to drop off whatever you’d like, wherever you’d like.
