How to Extract and End Round in Arc Raiders
Extract successfully or lose all your hard earned loot.
The first time you load into a round of Arc Raiders, you might be confused since there’s no quick option to end the round with your hard-earned loot. Here’s all you need to know about extracting safely in Arc Raiders and how the elevators work.
How to End a Round in Arc Raiders
A round of ARC Raiders only ends once you either extract successfully, die in the process, or the timer runs out. If the timer runs out, you will instantly be killed and lose all of your loot and inventory items except whatever is in the safe pocket. For a successful extraction and round, you need to find an elevator and board it to escape underground before the round time limit ends. However, with multiple teams aiming to extract and dangerous ARC machines roaming the area, this can be harder than it sounds.
How to Extract in Arc Raiders
If you want to extract in Arc Raiders, look for the downward arrow marker on your map.
The standard extraction involves interacting with the elevator and boarding it to exit. Head to the elevator and interact with the panel to call it. It will take some time to arrive and open up, but it will also be blaring loud noises and lights, which can attract nearby ARCs and other raiders. Once the elevator opens up, board it and interact with the computer inside to complete your extraction. All players inside the elevator during the time of extraction will successfully complete the round.
Note that these Elevators have corresponding timers, and some of them will close after a while, meaning you can no longer extract from there. You can reuse elevators used by other raider teams as long as this timer has not expired, but you’ll have to wait for a short cooldown period.
The second way to extract is through the use of Raider Hatches. However, you can only access these if you have a Raider Hatch Key. These are consumed on use but allow you to safely extract alone.
