The text-based life simulator BitLife allows players to be whatever they can think of and do whatever they want, but the most fun in this mobile game comes from its wacky challenges that are often added on a weekly basis. The latest challenge is called “Change of Heart” in which the goal is to become an honorable person after a life of crime. So, as part of this challenge, the possibility to donate blood or do some other noble things after getting out of prison has been added. Let’s find out how to donate blood in BitLife.

BitLife: Change of Heart Challenge – How to Donate Blood

To donate blood in BitLife, whether you’re chasing the “Change of Heart” challenge or just want to be humane:

  1. Open the “Activities” tab
  2. Scroll down to the “Doctor”

If this won’t work for you, you can give it a shot again next year, change your country of residence and, most importantly, treat any health condition that you might have that could prevent you from donating blood.

Donating blood is a noble act with numerous benefits, just like in real life. Some of these benefits include:

  • Improving overall Health and Wellbeing
  • Lowers the Blood Pressure
  • Lowers the chance of getting Diabetes
  • Increases the internal Fame Meter
  • Increases the Looks Stat

There are limits, however. In BitLife, you can only donate blood two times in one year, so keep that in mind if you’re trying to complete the “Change of Heart” challenge.
