So, the new poster boy for Street Fighter 6, Luke Sullivan, is a brand new character who made his debut with the last DLC update for Street Fighter V Championship Edition. Now Luke is back, this time as the main character, seemingly with his image on the cover of the new game, but also in the role of gym coach for the players when they start the free-roaming World Tour mode.
Since Luke is still a fairly new character, which players don’t know as well as some other Street Fighter mainstays who have been in the series for decades, many fans are wondering about Luke’s backstory and his characteristics, including his height – so, let’s find out how tall Luke is in Street Fighter 6.
What is the Hight of Luke in Street Fighter 6?
According to the official Capcom’s streetfighter.com website, Luke’s height is listed as 6’1″ (185cm), which makes him an above-average height. Luke is taller than the 5’9″ Ryu, but shorter than other larger characters like Blanka at 6’5“.

Luke’s Backstory in Street Fighter 6
We learned most about Luke’s background in a short story mode in Street Fighter V where we saw a flashback of how Luke’s father sacrificed himself to save civilians in the mall from terrorists. This event inspired Luke to join the army to fight terrorism, where Guile as his mentor guided him to a different walk of life – fighting. That’s why Luke uses military MMA as a martial art, so in Street Fighter 6, we see him as an instructor of the same. Luke’s bio also includes information about his junk food obsession and PC video games (I guess that makes him more relatable to… PC gamers?).
