There are three different ranks Prized Portkey Portmanteau, Precious Portkey Portmanteau, and Paramount Portkey Portmanteau. Now, onto how to open these Portkeys.
How To Open Portkeys In Harry Potter: Wizards Unite
To open up the different Portkeys, you first need to unlock them. There are two ways to do this; one is to use the Gold Key that you own, the other is to use a Silver Key, which you can buy. The Gold Key can be used an infinite number of times, whereas the Silver Keys have a limited number of uses before they break.
You can buy Silver Keys from Wiseacres in Diagon Alley for a few in-game coins, so use them on the harder to unlock Portkeys to get the best value. Spending your money wisely is a good tip in this game as it’s hard to come by.
Once unlocked, you need to walk 2km for a Prized Portkey Portmanteau, 5km for a Precious Portkey Portmanteau, and 10km for a Paramount Portkey Portmanteau. They will open up, and you can claim your reward after you’ve put in the literal leg work required.
