How Many Skins Are Available in Fortnite?

When you first jump into the world of Fortnite, you’re given a variety of default skins to choose from. However, thanks to a rotating shop that continuously showcases new and exciting options, you’re bound to find something you like, but how many options are there?

How Many Outfits Are Available In Fortnite?

According to the Fortnite Shop tracking website FNBR.CO, there are currently 1,792 outfits available as of the time of this writing. If that is an already staggering number, be prepared to be shocked when you discover that there are currently 8,950 different cosmetic options available within the game.

There is a near overwhelming amount of properties represented within the world of Fortnite, with characters ranging from Family Guy’s own Peter Griffin to gaming icons such as Solid Snake. Alongside their skins, a variety of unique items are given to these particular characters, so we can only expect to see this number continue to grow over the years.

It seems that just about any property can make its way into Fortnite sooner than later, especially with the introduction of the newest Battle Pass. The sheer number of cosmetic options is slightly overwhelming, but there is always a chance that players will be available to find the perfect skin and accessory combo to make something unique. The best part is, that the majority of these skins will also convert into the new LEGO Fortnite mode, so you may not need to worry about replacing your main squeeze with someone different.

Is there bound to be something special for the 2,000th skin available in the game? Only time will tell, but if history is bound to repeat itself, we may see either a new Peely variant like we did with P-1000, or something completely different. Maybe a new collaboration that we never saw coming, or something even more exciting.
