The Nuke is the most popular killstreak in the history of the Call of Duty franchise. Players find no better feeling than racking up enough kills to earn the killstreak powerful enough to end the game and secure a victory for your team. This love of the Nuke killstreak is why many players are excited to jump into the Beta for this year’s entry of Modern Warfare. This excitement is due to the famous killstreak being earnable in the Modern Warfare Beta. If you are curious about what it takes to earn a Nuke in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, be sure to check out everything you need to know below.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Nuke
According to a Twitter post by Infinity Ward’s Senior Communications Manager Ashton Williams, players can earn this killstreak in the Beta by getting 30 kills without dying. However, these 30 kills must be acquired through the use of a weapon and lethal and tactical equipment. Players who can collect 30 kills in this manner without dying will be able to call in the destructive killstreak and win the match for their team.
Can you get a nuke in the Beta? YES. 30 kills, weapon/lethal/tactical only.

You may be thinking the Modern Warfare Beta has only been available to play for a couple of hours and there is no way any player has already been able to earn a Nuke. This is not the case, however, as professional Call of Duty player Damon “Karma” Barlow was able to put together a remarkable performance and earned the powerful killstreak in his very first game of the beta.
You can watch the world’s first Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Nuke in action below:
There is no doubt that there will be plenty of players doing their best to join Karma and earn the Nuke killstreak themselves when playing the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Beta.
