The reasoning for this is that you will find the schematics at the storage facility south of Roseway during the Vulcan’s Hammer quest. Individuals will come across an armory door that is locked. Head to the Auntie-Biotics Lab and obtain the storage facility passcode for the building. Use the code on the locked armory door and make your way inside to acquire the FORCE pistol schematics.
