Destiny 2 Season of The Lost kicked off last week and with this came a bunch of new weapons as well as reprisals of older weapons. One of these weapons is Darkest Before, an Arc-based pulse Rifle that a lot of players have been after because of its god-like perks and power. Especially during this season that focuses quite a bit on the power of the pulse Rifle. Here is how to get Darkest Before.
How to Get The Darkest Before Pulse Rifle In Destiny 2
In order to get Darkest Before you’ll need to complete the Prophecy Dungeon, which can be accessed from the Director. Just go to the Tower and click on the Prophecy Dungeon to start it.
It’s not an easy dungeon to complete so make sure you’re prepared and have a party of two other friends. Dungeons are like mini-raids in Destiny 2 and require combining mechanics with communication to get through it.
You’ll be rewarded with a pool of potential weapons and one of them is Darkest Before. Now Darkest Before can have a few different rolls on it, but the rolls you’re looking for to make it a notch above the rest or as follows
Arrowhead Brake, Appended Mag, Subsistence, and Rampage
These perks will help turn Darkest Before into a PVE machine. The less time you spend reloading the more time you spend shooting at the big bad monster.
You can only obtain Darkest Before by defeating the final boss of the Prophecy Dungeon, but luckily you can complete Prophecy as many times as you want. SO that means if you’re hellbent on getting this weapon you can just grind it out over and over until you get one that you like.
