How to Find Skippy in Cyberpunk 2077

A talking gun?

Cyberpunk 2077 has no shortage of weapons, armor, or gear. However, some weapons are just too good to miss, and one of those is the talking pistol, Skippy. Here’s how to get Skippy in Cyberpunk 2077.

Where to Find Skippy in Cyberpunk 2077 – Exact Map Location

In most games, a weapon of this caliber is either tied to some lengthy sidequest or even a main-story mission. However, Skippy is different; you find Skippy just in a random alleyway. Yes, you read that correctly; you pry it out of a cold, dead corpse’s body in an alley.

So, which alleyway is Skippy found in? If you look at the screenshot of the map below, you’ll see the cursor is in the VIstal Del Ray section of Heywood. Go to that marker near the river and look for an alleyway nearby; the gun will be there.

Should You Choose Stone Cold Killer or Pacifist Mode for Skippy in Cyberpunk 2077?

Now there’s one more important thing to note about Skippy. After answering a few questions in the initial setup for the gun, it will ask if you want to activate “Stone Cold Killer Mode” or “Puppy Loving Pacifist Mode.”

Stone Cold Killer will make the gun auto-aim for headshots while puppy-loving pacifists will auto-aim for the legs. Obviously, choose whichever you would prefer, but there’s a twist.

After killing 50 enemies, Skippy will switch modes permanently, with no way to change it. So be sure to choose the opposite of whatever mode you actually want.

That’s everything you need to know about how to get Skippy in Cyberpunk 2077. There’s plenty to do in Cyberpunk 2077, and with the new Phantom Liberty expansion, plenty of players are hopping in to see what CD Projekt RED has in-store next.
