How to Check Your Mail In Lost Ark

If you’re looking to claim any in-game rewards in Lost Ark you’ll need to check your mail daily and to do that you’ll need to find the envelope icon in the top left of your screen. It will be up there with a bunch of other options, but just click on the envelope and it will produce a drop-down window with all your in-game mail.

If there’s anything in there you need to claim just click on the letter and it will open another screen showing you a reward to claim.

Click the claim button and it will instantly be added to your inventory to use.

It’s always good to get in the habit of checking your mail as soon as you log in each day to make sure you don’t miss anything. You can also access your mail from anywhere in the world so you don’t have to go back to town or anything to do so.
