Hop to it as Pokemon GO’s August Community Day Features Froakie

Get your shiny Froakie before it hops away.

Niantic’s Pokemon GO Community Days allow trainers a chance to catch a vast amount of the featured Pokemon, hopefully with quite a few shiny variants to boot. Each month, a specific Pokemon is selected with a mix of paid and free research tasks to complete during the designated hours. This month features Froakie, the water-type starter Pokemon that was first introduced in Generation VI. With its shiny debut, players will be busy trying to catch them all. Keep reading to learn everything we currently know about the Pokemon GO August 2023 Community Day which features Froakie.
