In the new challenge for Fortnite Battle Royale players need to follow the treasure map found in Moisty Mire. If you figure out where the Moisty Mire treasure map is pointing to, you will discover hidden treasure and earn yourself ten Battle Stars that go toward your Battle Pass rank. You don’t need to find the actual Fortnite Moisty Mire treasure map location to find the treasure. Instead, you can simply follow this guide to find the Moisty Mire treasure map location in Fortnite and complete this weekly challenge.
Fortnite Moisty Mire Treasure Map Location
The treasure map found in Moisty Mire indicates that there is treasure to be found on top a house several paces away from a small hut surrounded by a triangle of trees. This hut is located just southeast of Retail Row.
As we mentioned, you don’t need to find the Moisty Mire treasure map itself. To find the hidden treasure marked on the Moisty Mire treasure map, start by heading straight to Retail Row. You can also land directly from the Battle Bus at the location marked by the white waypoint marker in the image below.
From Retail Row, go southeast until you find a small hut surrounded by a triangle of trees. This should be just west of the swirly dirt track. The Moisty Mire treasure map says to walk straight from the top point of the triangle (which in this case is pointing west) and head toward a house with a double chimney. From the triangle of trees, go directly west until you reach a house with a double chimney just beyond the west edge of Retail Row.
When you find the house, build your way up to its rooftop and search the double chimney. If you’re searching in the correct house, a Battle Star crest will pop up on top of the chimney when you get close enough. Collect the treasure to complete the Moisty Mire treasure map challenge in Fortnite.
Note that you must complete the match normally after collecting the treasure in order for it to count towards the challenge. Don’t just back out of the lobby after collecting the treasure. You have to either win or be eliminated, which shouldn’t be to difficult considering you’ll probably run into plenty of opponents in this area.
