As part of the Farmer Steel lineup of Quests in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7, players have been tasked with placing four missing persons signs in Weeping Woods and Misty Meadows.
While both Weeping Woods and Misty Meadows are marked clearly on your map, the exact locations of these missing persons signs are not. To help make things easier, we’ve put together a guide showing you where to place missing persons signs in Weeping Woods and Misty Meadows in Fortnite.
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 | Place Missing Persons Signs in Weeping Woods and Misty Meadows
The first question Fortnite players have when it comes to placing missing persons signs in Weeping Woods and Misty Meadows is where exactly do they need to go at these named locations to do this.
In the map image above, we’ve circled where we found missing persons signs at Weeping Woods and Misty Meadows. The next question Fortnite players may have is how exactly do you place these missing persons signs, and what do you need to look for when you reach the locations marked on the map.
In the image below, we’ll show you what you need to be on the lookout for when it comes to placing missing persons signs.
As you can see in the image, the missing persons signs you need to interact with in order to “place” appear as blue outlines of a standing sign.
These outlines will also be marked by glowing blue light to help make them easier to find.
When you find one, approach it and you’ll see an option to “place sign” and by interacting with it, the sign pop up with a photo of Farmer Steel.
You’ll need to do this four times in order to complete this Quest in Fortnite. Note that you can actually place all four signs at either of the listed locations, Weeping Woods or Misty Meadows.
After placing two signs in Weeping Woods, we saw another sign pop up nearby, so be sure to keep an eye out for that if you only want to place signs at one of these locations. Alternatively, you can split them up if you like, which is what we did. We placed two at Misty Meadows and two at Weeping Woods.
After placing fourth and final missing persons sign, the Quest will be marked as complete and you’ll earn yourself a cool 30,000 XP as a reward in Fortnite.
