Whether you’re uncertain what constitutes an IO Car, or you’re lost on where to find an Alien Settlement, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how to leave an IO Car at an Alien Settlement in Fortnite!

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 | Leave an IO Car at an Alien Settlement

The first question Fortnite players will likely have when it comes to leaving an IO Car at an Alien Settlement is where to find an IO Car and what do IO Cars look like. First, you can find IO Cars at any satellite dish location like Discovery Dish located just north of Holly Hatchery.

The reason why we point out Discovery Dish is this is where we recommend players pick up an IO Car. Note there are IO Guards you may need to defeat in order to grab the IO Car you need and start driving, so be sure to stock up on weapons and supplies before visiting Discovery Dish.

In the image below, we’ll show you what an IO Car looks like. They’re jet black, and on the sides have a distinct circular emblem.

Once you’re in an IO Car and ready to go, you’ll then need to drive it over to Holly Hatchery and leave it there. Any route you take works so long as the IO Car reaches Holly Hatchery.

When you’ve made it to Holly Hatchery, the next step is to pull the IO Car in, then get out of the vehicle. After exiting the vehicle, you should see a notification that the Quest has been completed and as a reward for completing this Quest, you’ll earn 30,000 XP in Fortnite.

To recap, IO Cars can be found at satellite dish locations like Discovery Dish. To complete the Quest, all you need to do is grab one of these IO Cars and drive it to Holly Hatchery, then exit the vehicle and leave it there. We hope this helps!
