Starting on Thursday, February 18, Fortnite’s Season 5 Week 12 Challenges will be live. Unlike the previous week’s Valentine’s Day-themed activities, the Week 12 Challenges seem to focus more on visiting various locations, fishing activities, and Zero Point Dashing.
Additionally, Fortnite players can look forward to in-game events this week like the Short Nite Film Festival. With that out of the way, here’s a closer look at the full list of Week 12 Challenges in Fortnite!
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 Week 12 Challenges
Fortnite’s Season 5 Week 12 Challenges officially go live on Thursday, February 18. The following Thursday on February 25, a new batch of Challenges will be made available.
For those who’ve been grinding in order to earn XP and make Battle Pass progress, we highly recommend taking the time to complete each Week 12 Challenge.
If you want to stay even farther ahead of the curve, we highly recommend following iFireMonkey on Twitter as they’re known for sharing Fortnite Challenge lists and update information early.
We’re sending a huge “thank you” their way for the early insight into Fortnite’s Week 12 Challenges.

Catch (3) different weapon types from fishing spots – 20,000 XP
As you can see from the list above, Week 12’s Legendary Quests focus on hitting an enemy player within 10 seconds of Zero Point Dashing.
For those wondering what Zero Point Dashing means, you’ll essentially need to find a Zero Point Crystal, consume it, then hit the jump button twice to teleport forward a short distance.
You’ll need to strategize this Zero Point Dash movement as you’ll have only 10 seconds after Zero Point Dashing to hit an enemy player and earn credit to your Week 12 Legendary Quest progress.
As for finding Zero Point Crystals to consume for your Zero Point Dashing, you’ll want to land (or visit) the center area of the map near Colossal Colosseum that’s full of sand and large pink crystals.
Using your Harvesting Tool, break apart these crystals and look on the ground for a Zero Point Crystal to drop. When you see it, you’ll see the option to consume it.
After consuming it, you’ll be able to Zero Point Dash until the effects of the Zero Point Crystal wear off.
As for the Week 12 Epic Quests, many are straightforward. For example, dealing damage within 15 seconds of gliding means you’ll need to land at a spot where several other players congregate in order to quickly deal damage.
Hitting enemy players with a Harpoon Gun is also relatively straightforward in that you can use your Harpoon Gun for fishing (which plays into the Quest of catching different weapons from fishing spots), or use it as a weapon.

As for other activities you can look forward to this week, Epic Games is hosting a Short Nite Film Festival which will be viewable at Party Royale’s Big Screen starting February 20 at 2 p.m. (ET).
