Fire Emblem Three Houses Floral Tribute Guide — Quest Walkthrough

Before we crack into the why or the how with regards to completing this quest, we’ll help you signpost when exactly you can expect to encounter it. If you’ve picked Blue Lions or Black Eagles, then you will both pick up the Floral Tribute quest at different points in the story from different characters. As far as we can see, the Golden Deers don’t have the luxury of this quest, but they also get some other cool story perks that we won’t spoil so don’t feel too bad for them.

If you’re Team Black Eagles, you need to have:

  • Supported Edelgard
  • Embarked on the Crimson Flower route
  • Be at Chapter 14 in the story

If you’re Team Blue Lions, you need to have:

  • Supported Dimitri
  • Be at Chapter 18 in the story

Fire Emblem Three Houses Floral Tribute Guide – Black Eagles Version

In order to complete the Black Eagles version of the quest, you have to speak to Hubert in Chapter 14 when you have a free weekend to Explore (any one should do). He will ask you for some flowers, in his usual intimidating way. However, you’re going to have to traipse around the monastery to find what he wants; none of the million blooms you’ve likely acquired through gardening are going to do the trick. The flowers he wants are in front of the greenhouse, and they’re marked by a glowing spot like every quest item. Once you have them, return to Hubert and he’ll reward you.

Fire Emblem Three Houses Floral Tribute Guide – Blue Lions Version

To complete the Blue Lions version of the quest, you have to speak to Gilbert in Chapter 18 when you have a free weekend to Explore. As with the other version of the quest, any weekend will do. Gilbert will also require you to find some flowers on the monastery grounds. Luckily, they’re in the same spot as the ones that you’d have had to acquire for Hubert if you went that route. Just pick up the quest item in front of the greenhouse and return to Gilbert to finish the quest.

Now that you’ve got our Fire Emblem Three Houses Floral Tribute guide to help you with that side quest regardless of whether you went with Dimitri or Edelgard, completing it should be a piece of cake.
