Final Fantasy XIV has a huge amount of customizable options to choose from when it comes to your glamours, or set of vanity gear you’re wearing over your actual equipped gear. You’re able to mix and match attire from various sets while also choosing from a plethora of different colors, which is not only vital to ensuring the highest amount of Eorzean drip, but also important when participating in the weekly Fashion Report in the Gold Saucer. Fortunately, Salmon Pink Dye is one of the easier dyes to obtain in FFXIV. Simply visit a dye vendor in one of the major cities below.

Dyes can be purchased from the following NPCs:

  • Unsynrael â€“ Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (X: 6, Y: 12)
  • Alaric â€“ Old Gridania (X: 14, Y: 8)
  • Nanabe – Ul’dah – Steps of Thal (X: 14, Y: 11)
  • Eilonwy – The Firmament (X: 12, Y: 14)
  • Frine – The Pillars (X: 6, Y: 10)
  • Tokohana – Kugane (X: 13, Y: 12)

By interacting with one of the NPCs, you can buy Salmon Pink Dye for 40 gil a pop.

Alternatively, you can always purchase Salmon Pink Dye from your server’s Market Board if you simply can’t be bothered to travel to an NPC. However, these prices will always be spiked up, especially when they’re in high demand for things like the Fashion Report. Because of this, it’s always recommended to just teleport to the nearest city, unless the teleportation costs exceed the Market Board costs.

FFXIV: Can you Craft Salmon Pink Dye?

Many dyes can be crafted by those who have a Disciple of the Hand class at level 30, however, Salmon Pink Dye is not one of those. Because of that, the cheapest source will be from a dye vendor in town.
