Codemasters and Electronic Arts are back with a brand-new current-gen entry in the F1 series, F1 25. The game features Lewis Hamilton on the cover, and while the full reveal is slated for April 2025, it is already available for pre-order across all major storefronts and digital platforms.
Here is everything you need to know about F1 25’s pre-order bonus content, the system requirements for the PC version, and the various digital editions you can purchase.
F1 25 Pre-Order Bonus Content
If you pre-order F1 25, you will receive the F1 75 Celebration Pack, F1 25 Starter Pack, and 5000 PitCoin.

The F1 75 Celebration Pack includes a livery, suit, and gloves, while the F1 25 Starter Pack includes 10,000 Cash and F1 World resources.

Overall, you’re getting plenty of additional content, cosmetics, and in-game resources for pre-ordering. Compared to many other titles that throw in a nice hat, this feels like an actual incentive to purchase early.
F1 25 Iconic Edition
In addition to the $70 Standard Edition ($60 on PC), players can also purchase the F1 25 Iconic Edition for $90 ($80 on PC), and it comes with the following additional content:
- F1® 75 Celebration Pack
- 3 Days Early Access
- F1® The Movie – Chapter Scenarios
- F1® World Bumper Pack
- 18,000 PitCoin
- Lewis Hamilton Iconic Pack

While the developers haven’t shared the target resolution or frame rate, it’s nice to see what they recommend for VR and ray-tracing. I’m assuming that the recommended specifications are for 1080p and 60 FPS, so you’ll need an RTX 3070 paired with a Ryzen 5 2600X if you want to play F1 25 with ray tracing enabled.
On the lower side, even a GTX 1060 will offer some form of playable experience, and you need a minimum of an RTX 2060 as the baseline GPU for ray-tracing. Several VR headsets are supported and you need a total of 100 GB of free space to install F1 25 on PC.
F1 25 Release Date
F1 25 is coming to PC, Xbox Series S|X, and PS5 on May 30, 2025. Check out the reveal trailer featuring none other than Lewis Hamilton himself.
I can’t wait to see what graphical updates and new features Codemasters have planned for the latest entry of F1.
