Every Waking Moment Destiny 2 Guide: How to Get This SMG
You get the Every Waking Moment weapon from finishing the Essence of Obscurity quest which you turn in at the Lectern of Enchantment. If you’re wondering what other cool shooty things you can get from said Lectern, check out our full list of all the Moon weapons that we’re aware of to date. The premise of the Lectern is that you can use it to purify these new lunar Essences, and completing the requirements for purification for each Essence will spit out a corresponding weapon. You can grind away at this until you get the roll that you want.
To get this SMG, it’s pretty simple. Like the idea behind all the other Moon weapons, the Essence of Obscurity will have to undergo some purification before you’re rewarded. To purify this Essence, you have to complete the following objectives:
- Finish 50 activities (either Lost Sectors, Patrols, or Public Events) on the Moon
- Kill 50 enemies with a submachine gun
- Possess the Withered Plumes from the Circle of Bones
If you’re not sure where to find the Withered Plumes, we’ve got a guide out on that which explains the location in detail so that you don’t have to second-guess yourself. Once you’ve got the Withered Plumes (which you only have to find once), you’ll be able to use the Lectern of Enchanemtn to your heart’s content to roll on this so long as you’ve ticked off the other requirements as well.
