How to Get Unique Items in Diablo 4

Unique items appear in World Tiers 3 and 4 or Nightmare and Torment difficulties. The best way to find them is to clear Nightmare dungeons, defeat World Bosses, and participate in Helltide events. While these don’t guarantee Unique item drops, they give you decent odds of obtaining gear upgrades.
