Guardians can find Xur in the Winding Cover area of the European Dead Zone or EDZ. Head straight on your sparrow when you spawn. You will eventually see the infamous merchant standing on top of a large tree next to a downed Fallen ship.

Many of the items Xur has for sale this week are likely not very helpful to the majority of veteran Destiny 2 players.
