For those keeping track of the pre-launch changes leading up to Destiny 2 Shadowkeep, you’ll probably have noticed that they’ve tweaked the Moments of Triumph and extended the period within which Guardians can complete these Moments. Destiny 2 Moments of Triumph Guide — Challenges

We’ve compiled a list of all the challenges that have to be completed as part of the Solstice of Heroes for this year’s Moments of Triumph, though you’ll now have until 17 September to get through all 24 items. Here’s the lowdown on the various activities and how to complete them.

  • Above and Beyond: Masterwork a piece of the Majestic Solstice armor
  • Bedazzled: Upgrade your Chalice of Opulence completely
  • Crucible Pinnacle Arsenal: Get a Crucible Pinnacle weapon
  • Exotic Arsenal: Acquire Outbreak Perfect, Bad Juju, and Whisper of the Worm\
  • For the Vanguard: Finish 25 strikes in any mode
  • Forges Afield: Make weapons from research and Black Armory frames 10 times
  • Gambit Pinnacle: Get a Gambit Pinnacle weapon
  • Gun for Hire: Finish 50 bounties in the system
  • In the Shadow of the Kingdom of Sorrow: Complete the Crown of Sorrow
  • Legendary Valor: Get the Valor rank ‘Legend’
  • Mythic: Hit Mythic division in Gambit
  • Never Again: Complete the Shattered Throne
  • Nothing Left to Say: complete the mission of the same name once
  • O Murderer Mine: Complete the Last Wish
  • Prime Fashion: Equip Notorious armor all over and win a Gambit Prime match
  • The Majesty of It: Get the Majestic Solstice of Heroes armor set 
  • The Vault: get 1,000 pieces of gear in your Collection
  • Valiant Savior: Complete the Scourge of the Past
  • Vanguard Pinnacle Weapons: Get a Vanguard Pinnacle weapon

Destiny 2 Moments of Triumph Guide — Rewards

While some of the Destiny 2 Moments of Triumphs are rewards unto themselves, you’ll be encouraged along the way by Bungie for completing a set number of these Moments. It won’t matter which ones since the rewards scale off the number of activities that you finish, and the table is as follows:

  • Finish 1 Triumph: a tracking emblem
  • Finish 5 Triumphs: the Lightning Rider Sparrow
  • Finish 10 Triumphs: the Solstice Hymnal jumpship
  • Finish 15 Triumphs: 2019 Moments of Triumph shirt
  • Finish all Triumphs: MMXIX seal which is visible to other players

Now that you know what you’ll get from completing this year’s Destiny 2 Moments of Triumph, and how best to complete them, we’re sure you’ll be able to get all 24 under your belt by the time 17 September rolls around. There’s going to be a ton of Destiny 2 Shadowkeep changes pre-launch that are supposed to make doing these Moments easier, so don’t fret if you’re finding yourself a little bit behind the curve at the moment. Guardians don’t give up!
