So, in order to help you bring in that money, we've put together this Destiny 2 how to get Imperials guide.
Destiny 2 How To Get Imperials Guide
As you can use these to upgrade the Chalice of Opulence, you might be wondering how you actually get said Chalice. Well, you get it as part of the questline called An Imperial Summons, so don't panic if you don't have it yet.
Onto the Imperials then, as you'll need thousands of them to upgrade the Chalice of Opulence. You can earn this rare currency in a few different ways, but each of them is limited.
- Completing Menagerie Triumphs
- Opening chests on the Imperial Barge on Nessus
- Completing Bounties for Benedict 99-40 and Werner 99-40
You can only do a limited amount of bounties a week, but you also get some powerful loot for completing them, so they are worth doing. The best way to earn Imperials is by completing the Menagerie Triumphs, which net you 500 Imperials a piece. You can find a list of these Triumphs by going to the Triumphs tab in your menu and selecting the Menagerie within the minor destinations section.
The chests earn you 150 Imperials whenever you open them, but they also cost 5,000 glimmer to unlock, so it's only really an option if you find yourself overcome with wealth.
