The newest killer in Dead by Daylight is Pyramid Head, who joined that game thanks to the Silent Hills expansion. As you may know, every killer has a set of unique add-on effects that will make it increasingly difficult for players to survive the night. In this guide, we are going to give you a full rundown of every Pyramid Head add-on and its effect in Dead by Daylight.

There are a total of 20 add-ons for Pyramid Head in Dead by Daylight, which range from uncommon to ultra rare. Further, each add-on has a different effect that will make it increasingly difficult for survivors. Killers are able to have two add-ons per game, which can only be used once each. In the list below, we’ve detailed every Dead by Daylight Pyramid Head add-on and its effect.
