Do you remember the good old days, the days of cheat codes and demo discs? If you do, you probably remember the PS1 pretty fondly, which is good, because that’s the era we are talking about here. The original Crash Team Racing had a plethora of cheat codes that you could use for various effects. That’s right, these are the Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Cheat Codes, while not all of them are making a return from the original game, their inclusion at all is a really cool nod to the old-school days of gaming.
Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Cheat Codes
To enter any of these, you need to hold down On PS4 this is L1+R1 on PS4, on Xbox it’s RB+LB on Xbox One, and it’s L+R on Switch. Enter these in the main menu to give the desired effect, just keep in mind that if you use any of the codes other than Penta Penguin, you’ll deactivate any Grand Prix and Adventure rewards as well as trophies or achievements. They don’t work online or in Adventure mode either.
